Mindful Mondays at The Robert McLaughlin Gallery Oshawa

Session 1: May 9 – June 20
Mondays, 12pm – 1pm

Take a mindful lunch break and de-stress. Return back to work centred and grounded ready to get through the rest of the day. Or join us just to take a break and relax. Classes are suitable for all levels of meditation beginners and first timers are welcome.

Over six weeks together we will explore meditation and reflective writing inspired by unique pieces in the gallery. If you have never meditated before and believe that stillness is a challenge, come out and discover that the possibility of peace already exists within you.

Hello and welcome! My name is Randi-Mae and I am a author, counselor and inspirational speaker, or simply a woman on a journey with a mission to help people, explore the journey to peace within and living with joy. From a young age I have always had a curiosity about life and purpose.
